DPD Local UK Limited ("DPD Local") provide the following offer of services subject to their Standard Terms and Conditions ("STC") set out at www.dpdlocal.co.uk and the further Conditions set out below which are both deemed as incorporated and accepted by you. Any reference to specific terms are as stated within the DPD Local STC or on the DPD Local website.

  1. This offer is only available to you if agreed in writing by an employee or franchisee of DPD Local. It must be used within 3 weeks of your account being activated by us and upon the receipt of your signed proposal form.
  2. Your first Parcel sent by us will trigger this offer of services and 100 parcels will be shipped by us, without cost to you, between Monday to Friday in the week in which your first Parcel is sent.
  3. The Parcels shipped by us under this offer will be shipped using our Next Day service only.
  4. This offer is applicable between Monday to Friday only.
  5. This offer applies to Parcels and Expresspak only with a Domestic destination and excludes International and Offshore destinations.
  6. This offer only applies if you have not traded with us within the preceding 12 months from your account activation date.
  7. It is not applicable to third or fourth party collections and any other additional charges including, but not limited to, handling.
  8. We reserve the right to unilaterally modify, supplement or withdraw this offer and these Conditions at any time without prior notice to you.
