Continuous disruptions to the global air transport supply chain following recent world events have led to limited air cargo capacity and increased operating costs.

We have introduced this surcharge to ensure we retain our high quality of service, which will be reviewed and adjusted on a regular basis to reflect the ever-changing global capacity and operational challenges we face throughout the world.
